4.3 Shipping and Delivery: We ship our products across Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and delivery can be incurred if out of delivery zones.

6. Pricing and Payment

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Note prices may change and upon the event of a customer cancellation the latest price will then be offered.

7.2 Refunds: Refunds are provided for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect as per your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund. Outside of this we are unable to offer refunds due to the personalised product.

7.3 Due to the personalisation of the product consumers do not have the right of withdrawal.

Interactions with Medications: If taking medications, it’s advised to consult with a healthcare provider as certain drugs may interact with or inhibit the absorption of micronutrients.

Storage: Min Vitamix’s micronutrients should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from light and out of reach of children.

Min Vitamix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to health issues, data loss, or service interruptions.
