Optimising the composition of the ratio of alpha- to gamma- tocopherol in vitamin E
The study showed that through the substitution with a new formula of the product vitamin E, both the alpha and gamma tocopherol content in the plasma increased significantly. The ratio of alpha to gamma tocopherol thereby shifted in favour of tocopherol at a ratio of around 28:1.
